For Teens Ready To Live Outside of Their Screens

About Me

guten tag!

Hallo, ich bin Emma! I’m half American, half German, and a freshman in college. I have called a lot of places “home”: North Carolina (which was where I was born), Michigan, Virginia, and finally Vermont, where I’ve spent the last nine years on the Connecticut river that divides the Green and White Mountains of the Northeast.

I love the performing and visual arts and storytelling. I am a dancer and have been acting and singing for six years now. I am also a vigorous, and very messy journaler, so you can count on me to always have a scribbled-in notebook on hand. Sometimes I overthink and have trouble focusing, and writing helps to remind me of the important things in life which brings me back to a more peaceful state of being.

My intention with this blog is to encourage people (especially young people like myself) to live more authentically by freeing themselves of fear and expectations that are brought on through external or internal banter. Everyone has the power to overcome cycles that prevent them from living their best, individual lives. When we live happier lives that are truer to us, we benefit the people we interact with, and soon the chain reactions of the universe operate in higher vibration for the higher good.

This means that improving your life and your relationship to yourself could help to heal other’s lives and your relationships with other people.

There is meaning in this beautiful, wide world that we are part of. Even when we don’t realize it, every single one of us on this earth serves a vital purpose in the symbiosis of the universe.

So, in this blog you will find both silly and serious topics which I will attempt to deliver as authentically as possible in the hopes that it will inspire you to live authentically as well.
